30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original tags (if applicable).
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at infostuerly@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Used or worn products
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Certain personal care products where returns are restricted for hygiene reasons

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, simply return the eligible item following our return process. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a reason.

To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

This statutory right does not affect your additional 30-day return policy offered by Stuerly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at infostuerly@gmail.com.
